Mercedes-Benz of Houston North

My dad and I went to two Mercedes dealerships and Mercedes North Houston was by far exceptionally greater in service, care and hospitality. The other dealership was a newer one right by IH 10 and Katy Freeway. The salesman did not seem like he wanted to help us but grudgingly did, so I was automatically turned off by his attitude. But at Mercedes North Houston, our car salesman Manny was outstanding. He took care of us by making sure to put our needs first and giving us his honest input. He was very hospitable, understanding and treated us as we were his top priority. We were greeted by everyone at this dealership and even managers came out to greet us and congratulate us on our new vehicle. I'm proud to say I will recommend Manny and this location to anyone who is looking to buy a top quality vehicle and receive great service!
