Mac Haik Chevrolet

Over the past 20 years I've owned several GM products. I've been to several dealerships in this area and found that Mac Haik service personnel are above average. The first person you are greeted by is the service island people. They are friendly, courteous and will go to great lengths to solve any problems you have encountered. At least that has been our experience there. I would highly recommend them. Each time we were in need of service or repair, it was carried out in a timely manner. Transportation home was afforded when the repair would take more than a day and return transportation was supplied as well. Customer Service is not just a saying at Mac Haik, its a policy they live by. In all the times when we've had an occasion to seek out their help, only once have we had anything to complain about. During an oil change process, one of the young "car jockeys", who moved my car into the oil change service area, changed my radio station. That person was reprimanded for it and I received an apology from him for his actions.
