Mac Haik Chevrolet

Had a dealer accessory installed. Was told to be at the dealership at 7am and it would take three hours. I went home after leaving the car. Has been seven hours and no car. I came back and was told if I would have stayed they would have taken care of immediately since I was waiting. No luck though. Then I was told it takes longer because I asked them to be careful with it. I guess they are not normally careful so service is quicker? Be careful with service requests at MacHaik Chevrolet. Set a day aside for service if it is "supposed" to take at least three hours. It will take much longer!
