From answering all my questions, making me feel right at home, all the way down to giving me a one-on-one tutorial regarding all the features in my car. Never in my life have I met such a dedicated team of people willing and waiting to service my needs. I expressed my wants, fears, and desires and in the end walked away with a great deal and a car that I love.
