2014 Chevrolet Inifity purchase custormer service issues

After we signed for our car and were approved with money in place, we had to sit and wait for two hours while our papers were being "processed." Finally, we went to advise the receptionist to either cancel our car or let us get the final part of the purchase at this time. We were then ushered in to complete our transaction. Of course, many reasons were given for the delay, but the wait was far too long. Also, I bought a 2014 Infinity and still have not received the manual. I know I can download it and copy pages to put in my car. But after this much time, (two weeks) it seems that a manual for my car could be found and provided so that I can operate all of the options I have. We did advise our salesperson, A.J. that it was missing, but so far have had no contact about the whereabouts of my manual.
