Mac Haik Chevrolet

Overall I felt the experience was very good, not exceptional, although I felt it was more due to the fact that the dealership was very busy that morning. Jason C., my sales person, seemed to be overwhelmed with things needing to get done and there didn't seem to be an infrastructure in place to help him do his job. My biggest complaint was in the delivery of the car. The cleanup could have been better (the floor mats were streaked with dirt from previous people getting in and out of the car, the MyLink touch screen was covered in fingerprints. These 2 could have easily been corrected in pre-delivery cleanup). Also, the car was delivered without an owner's manual, of which I'm still waiting for after calling Jason C. and telling him that it was missing. To be fair I've only ever had one exceptional experience purchasing a new Chevrolet but the one I had with Mac Haik was far better than the other ones I've had, except for that one exceptional experience.
