Dealership Service Review
I was due for my very first oil change and was 250 miles away from having to schedule it. Not knowing that Kia doesn’t do same day appointments and needing to know how their systems worked, I went in Wednesday morning (May 7, 2025) and asked a representative and was redirected to service. The service department was actually able to take me in as a walk-in customer due to a cancelled appointment. Upon receiving that and a 2-3 hour approximate time to wait, my car’s service was actually done in about 25 minutes. Overall, the service was very excellent, all sales representatives and service advisors were hospitable and resourcseful, and for my visit to be accompanied by an impromptu appointment, I really do give my greatest regards towards this dealership with the systems presented.
