Bought a "new to me" pre owned 2013 Explorer at Fredy Kia. I noticed the steering wheel was off center and thought it was something minor. I took it to a Ford dealer to have it checked and was told I had a bent inner and outer tie rod. I called my sales person Tracy and the pre owned manager Steve who offered to pay for repairs at no cost to me. I dropped off my truck and the next day my service advisor Nicole called advising me that it wadn't only the tie rods but a bent strut also (which Ford missed). They ordered the strut as well and had the repairs done quick. I was also given a loaner car while my repairs were being done. This dealer went above and beyond especially on a used car. I highly recommend all from sales, finance and excellent customer service in the service department. Thank you Tracy, Steve and Nicole for a job well done.
