Rosie is wonderful ...she remembers my name if I drop by. Rosie took care of a recall before I even knew of it .... The fresh coffee and cookies /donuts are a special service that I want to thank you for....Some company's have forgotten how to treat their customers....Beck has not. Mark Choate
