Our service rep Mr. Jaime, always a pleasure to work with. He is very attentive when explaining the issues we are having with our vehicle... he makes sure we are taken care of when our vehicle is staying in for repairs that we can get around with a loaner. Very greatful for the Service Dept personnel.
