I recently brought my Q5 in for it's 25,000 mile service. The staff are very helpful from the moment you walk in to the dealership and I was taken care of within 2 minutes. Chen was very thorough and explained what the check up would entail. I waited for an hour and 15 minutes which was within the window of wait time I had been told. Very comfortable waiting area and free WiFi were nice features. I had purchased the maintenance service program when I purchased my car so the service was free except for the rotation and balance for my tires which I paid roughly $60 for. I felt that was about double what tire dealerships cost but went ahead and had it done since I was already there. Very quick, in and out and easy.
