Dealership Sales Review
I put a deposit down for a new Audi on 2/10/2025. It was "at the port and should be delivered in a week" per the salesperson. My car was falling apart so I could not wait for the new Audi and purchased another car on 2/25/2025. I communicated with the salesperson and he assured me that I would have my deposit refunded to my credit card. On 3/4/2025 I checked my credit card activity and no refund. I contacted Jared again and he said he would contact accounting. I left a message for both the salesperson and his Manager. Crickets. On 3/6/2025 I physically went to the dealership and they said they couldn't refund my credit card as they had gotten a new credit card system. The finance manager, assured me that I would receive a Zelle payment for my refund the following day. No refund yet! I will have to dispute the charge on my credit card!
