Audi West Houston

This review is strictly from the sales experience, it does not reflect my experience with service. I originally went to this dealership because it was close to me and they had a special APR deal going on at the time. I had checked the details on their website to see if I would meet the qualifications, and it appeared that I did. Fast forward to the salesman, he either genuinely had no clue or acted as if he had no idea what I was talking about. I showed him the special on the dealership’s website and left for a good while. Only to tell me I did not qualify, and I asked on what grounds was I disqualified. He told me the reason, but I had asked for proof/documentation that explicitly mentions the criteria to qualify. He did not provide the information to me, which all seemed pretty shady to me, I would have given less stars due to the lack of transparency throughout the whole process. It really did feel like smoke and mirrors around every corner. You definitely need to do your own research about shopping Audi before hand in order to have some clarity about what’s going on, and what they’re selling you. The only reason I gave two stars is because they seem to have a very friendly staff, and great service side.
