Classic Chevrolet Grapevine
Dealership Sales Review
I will not purchase from this dealer again. To begin with, it took over a week and a half for the salesman to get me a copy of my certified pre-owned paperwork. This was important because I drove the truck less than a week before it went into the shop for repairs. It blew injector number five within four days of my purchase. For some background, I bought a ZR2 with only 7,800 miles. I understand that failures happen, but I don’t know how it could pass their 172-point inspection with “rodent damage.” Yes, the injector went out due to wires being chewed on by a rodent. This was missed by the dealership, and even better, rodent damage is not covered by warranty! Then, two weeks later, it lost injector number seven also. The truck went in for repairs twice in the first month. Then, to add insult to injury, I got a call one month after purchasing the truck to inform me that the dealership failed to do the Texas State Inspection and, therefore, could not get the plates. I was asked to take time out of my day to go and get it inspected and then mail a copy of the inspection back to the dealership. Given that I only have three weeks left on the temporary tags, I have to assume that my permanent plates will more than likely be late getting to me. I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but this has been multiple issues and, in my opinion, shows poor operating culture at this dealership.
