Thank You to Tom Ward for making this buying experience the best ever. He truly made me feel like the only person in the dealership and was very courteous and professional. There was no pressure and we agreed on terms and trade numbers up front and the longest time was waiting to get into finance....it was a Saturday and they were doing great business there that day. Roger in Finance was also very courteous and efficient. He offered us a deal on the extended warranty from GMPP and we signed the papers and were out of there in no time. Wow, what a difference it makes, doing business in a place where the people make you feel comfortable and are willing to help you an any way they can. The BEST part of this was when I had a couple issues with the paint on my new Impala, Tom took my car to the body shop for me and arranged temporary transportation for me so I was in and out the day I dropped off my car in 5 minutes. I picked it up later and all I had to do was drop off the courtesy car and pick up my keys and off I went. Thank You Tom for your efforts, it really means a lot to me. The service is really the Best here. I will buy ALL my cars from here for the rest of my life.
