Echo-Knocked It Out of the-Park

After three consecutive less than stellar (to borderline rude) experiences with Carmax, I arrived at EchoPark believing that I was more of a bother than a valued customer in the previously-owned car market. That belief began to be erased from the second I walked in the doors and was completely replaced by a feeling of belonging and importance to the dealership by the time i drove off with my new (to me) vehicle.
