Picked out car online. Contacted associate only to find out they will not accept outside financing. You use their preferred loan sources with higher rates or you pay cash for the car. Set up appointment to do paperwork and even though their prices are set and I was forced to use their lenders, it still took nearly 4 hours to complete the purchase. In addition, they had 4 lenders do a hard credit inquiry only to come back with Wells Fargo, which I already use for all of my banking. I also have a problem with the car stereo, sent in notice to the customer service team within 30 days/1000 miles and have not heard back from them. The purchase model is good and personnel are nice, but will not use again if forced to use their own personal lenders knowing they likely get some type of kickback from the lenders to improve their margin. Nice people and customer service needs work.
