My car was there for 6 days with no feedback and not fixed

Apparently my “tech” became ill and left. Was reassigned to another tech and I played phone tag with my service representative for two days. The estimate to diagnose (not fix) was very high. I picked up my car. Have an appointment with another dealer at much lower price.
