I expect more….

I bought my truck at Glenn Polk and had a good experience, but the Service had not met my expectations. The wait for a “loaner” car is over 4 weeks (What ?)! I had to call myself (multiple times, over multiple days) to get the status on my car, rather than a proactive call from them. The work they did was great, but I expect better service.

I totally agree and will get with everyone involved. Thank you for letting me know. Communication is soooooooo important, and I apologize that we failed. This really is out of character for that service team, but it does happen occasionally. I will address and please don't give up on us.
