Out of no where, my Jeep started having issues starting and continuing to run. Randy was able to coordinate diagnosing the issue, obtaining the needed parts from Dallas and having my Jeep ready to go before 5pm. I had an urgent situation and Randy took it on as his own. He was sincere in his concern for my situation and worked with his technicians for a fast but proper resolution. Thank you for treating my Jeep and I like we are family at Glenn Polk Jeep!
