my best experience ever, dealing with service!!!!!!

onthe service department was very busy at 715 am, Philip was with a customer , but took the time to say he would be right with me , as soon as he finished with customer he came and found me and wrote a sevice ticket quickly, I asked him to look at my sevice policy to be clear what coverage I had, he also took time to look at contract to see I had a 60000 parts contract , out of 4 other services no other service advisor had done this in the past , his imnspections , completed a full service of my 2019 VW Tiguan, The best service I have ever had , of all the oil changes I have had done, thank you for Philip Van Tuyl
