Hendrick Volkswagen Frisco

After using Edmunds to research the VW Jettas, and scouting the local inventory, we decided to contact Hendrick VW in Frisco. We made initial contact with David by email and confirmed the details of the car with him. Due to work schedules and horrible traffic, we arrived at the dealership an hour before closing on a Thursday. Scott was there to show us the car and answer all the questions/concerns we had. With the professionalism and friendliness shown to us by both David and Scott, we made the deal for the car that night. By the time everything was wrapped up, it was an hour past closing, and I never felt any negative attitude from anyone about staying late for us. There was some trouble servicing the car the next day, but when it was ready Scott and David took the time to deliver the car to our house and explain a few more features on the car. James in the finance department was also a great guy to deal with. Overall we were happy how things worked out, and would certainly recommend these 3 guys if you are looking at buying a VW.
