Hendrick Volkswagen Frisco

Online, I contacted 6 other dealers in the Texas and Oklahoma, about purchasing a TDI Touareg Executive, they all treated me like I was not serious (gave me the impression I was wasting their time) and suggested I come in and they would talk to me. The last dealer I contacted was Hendrick Volkswagen Frisco (I should have started here) I was immediately put in contact with David Davidson, who treated me like a person. He got to know me before trying to sell me anything. David Davidson at Hendrick VW was the only one who took me serious about purchasing a TDI Touareg Executive series. David and I worked out everything online or over the phone. When David met all my request (and yes he jump several hurdles) I gave him a verbal okay, he held the vehicle for me for a week, until I could take time to drive across Texas to meet with him. When I arrived at Hendrick VW in Frisco, TX, I was met by David, then the one of the owners came up and personally thank me for driving up. Afterwards I met Ron, the eCommernce Director, who I feel was a big part of the superb online experience I had. I was in an out the door with my TDI Touareg Executive series in about two hours. The longest wait was on the finance director, but once I met James the finance director, it was worth the wait. James went over all the options and discussed every form I was signing. I could tell James was watching my expressions and knew when to stop and explain things in simple terms. Yes, it took a little longer than normal in the finance department with James, but when I walked out I did not have any questions or concerns about my financing.
