I expressed interest in a couple cars online and George Strong gave me a call almost immediately. He was courteous and professional and accommodating to my schedule. When I got to the dealership he was waiting for me with the cars I was interested in. He wasn't pushy at all. Just friendly and knowledgeable. I reserved a vehicle that day and returned the next day with ready to trade my vehicle. He walked me through the trade process and gave me clear information on the financing before I signed any paperwork. As I signed all the documents (which was done digitally) my new car was washed and detailed, and I was out the door in no time. George was incredibly helpful and followed up a couple times just to make sure I was happy and didn't have any questions. The facility was clean and all the team members were quite friendly.
