Went to look at used car they just got in. Was told by sales person (Robert F.) the car could not be test drove outside of their dealership lot and could not be sold until it went through their dealership inspection and it would be 2-3 days before that happened, but I could come in and look at the vehicle and if I wanted it still without being able to test drive I could sign some papers stating that I acknowledged that it still needed to go through inspection but that I would buy the vehicle no matter what. I decided to go in and look at vehicle that same day a few hours later and they even let me test drive it off the lot on the city streets and highway service road? So there is lie #1. I told the sales guy that helped me (Corey - nice guy, not a lying DB like Robert) that I wanted the vehicle so get whatever papers I needed to sign to state I would purchase after it completed inspection. While I was sitting at his desk waiting he said someone else was on the phone with the bank to get approval to buy the vehicle so they were technically first in line even though I had just test drove the vehicle and had previously stated I was paying cash for the vehicle so there was no need to go through finance department. However, I was told by Robert that I could not officially buy the vehicle for a few days which was obviously a total lie since someone else was allowed to start the buying process with a loan that they had told me could not be sold yet. To say I was beyond livid would be understatement the lack of communication between colleagues and the sheer stupidity of Robert F. Not only will I never consider buying a vehicle from this dealership again I will share my story anytime I can and will also make sure when people ask for recommendations they know where not to go.
