My wife and I were looking to purchase our first family vehicle through Hendrick VW. While looking online, I found that HVW had the car we were looking for with a great price. I called and immediately was helped by Zhong over the phone. As we live in Louisiana, this could have been something very time consuming/difficult, Zhong and the team really helped us out. After 24 hours of working out deals we met Zhong with a smile with our new car right at our front door. Even after a 3 hour drive in the evening, he sat and went through our new car features before heading out. If you’re looking for a new vehicle, we can say positively that the service is great at HVW. While many dealerships try to force you into corners, wear you down, and speak in circles; we were only met with transparency. We are really enjoying our new wheels, THANKS ZHONG!!
