Oil change/ recall

I bought my car here with Tom Anderson- he is amazing. I get my car serviced here and I always check in with Tom because he is the best and so kind. Lori Smith at the service counter has helped me out the last two times with my oil change. I will go to her every time now- she is very sweet and makes sure everything is done right and I’m happy before I leave. She sent me a text saying my car had a recall and that they would fix it while I was there. She also texted to see what time I needed it back and if I wanted a car wash. They go above and beyond. I recommend Ford Autonation!
