Excellent Customer Service

The customer service was excellent. Obie was clear and provided the information I needed. Although, I thought my wait for the service was a little long, the waiting area was great. Tables w/chairs to set up my laptop and do work. Free WiFi if I want to surf on my phone, even hot chocolate at the self service coffee station. Music playing was spirited but not too loud or distracting. Only a 4 because of my wait time because can’t leave a 4.8 rating.
