Horrible service

onI should've read the reviews before bringing my truck in for service. Made an appointment and was told it would take 4-5 days to even look at it. .5 days went by and I reached out to check the status. Was told that a technician still hadn't been assigned and that they would update me three days later. Ridiculous! I ended up picking up my truck and taking it to another Ford dealership in Lewisville which they were able to get in right away. The same day I was told what would be needed to fix it and should have it back in two days. Stay away from Auto Nation if you need service.
