3 hours for oil change

onGot there around 8:45 am, no customer in any of the service counters, 3 customers on the waiting area. Seem like a very slow day. I wait until 12 pm to inquire about my truck and I noticed they forgot about me, so they rush and get someone to help out, then Jordyn tells me it should be about 20 more minutes...an hour goes by, then I get my car. How many stars would you rate the above experience?
