They don't keep their word

onI took my 2017 Fusion Sport in for an oil change and the transmission was acting up. They tell me it vented more than a quart of fluid, so they replaced the fluid and reflashed the transmission. I have been trying to get the paperwork on this for maintenance records for over a week and NOTHING. Eric promised me today that it would be done, and it is not. The transmission is better, but still not acting right. Will be looking elsewhere in the future.
