Surprise repairs

onI went for an oil change and a coolant flush when the mechanic removed the engine cover he found a nasty leak. Long story short the engine had to be dropped. The service rep looked into my after market insurance and most of the cost was taken care of. Repairs were made in a timely matter and I was given a loaner mean time I got my car back. As usual the service department on Subaru of El Paso, TX went above and beyond to make sure that I was educated on the issue as well as on their efficient and excellent repair job.
