Jorge gave horrible customer service

Subaru did a fantastic job of fixing my vehicle and I'm thankful. Lisa did an excellent job of helping me out with the errors made by her associate Jorge. Jorge tried to charge me more than the original quote, he updated me once about my vehicle, I had to call to find out that was going on. The rest of the service staff was great. Unfortunately it was a very poor experience due to Jorge again.
