This is the first new car service I have had with this dealership. I made the service appointment online and when I arrived the service writer knew who I was. He advised of the service that would be performed, approximate time the service would take and confirmed my contact number. It was simple service, only oil change and tire rotation, but went very smoothly. I was very satisfied with this first time visit.
