This was my second time for service at Subaru El Paso and it was very good. Gilberto took the time to explain everything that needed to be done, gave me waiting time estimates, and offered the option for a shuttle service. I stayed put. Everything was done well and Gilberto was very attentive throughout the entire time I was there. I have to say that it was a bit of a redemptive experience since my previous one was not that great (with a different service person).
