Likes: °clean, well lit waiting & showrooms °courteous friendly staff °no salesman-pressured trade up programs °clean restroom Dislikes: °the small person who seems to never reset my chair back to original setting when giving back my car °awkward entrance/exit to and from dealer from main road also blocked by landscaping °limited seating allowing for social distancing °annoyingly loud television in the waiting room with no volume control
