Everyone from the receptionist to the finance officer was very, very friendly. I never felt pressured buying a vehicle at SHAMALEY. I’m also pleasantly surprised that they were more than fair on my trade-ins. If you’re in El Paso, and you’re looking to purchase a Ford, buy it at SHAMALEY!
