Had a few items on the preowned vehicle that needed attention, as noted in the multipoint inspection by the service dept prior to putting the vehicle up for sale. During purchase negotiation I noted tread on all tires was worn to 5/32 or less but In particular one tire was manufactured in April 2019. Sales team agreed they would replace one tire as well as repair a crack in the windshield using resin filler. I drove down from Alamogordo today, tire was replaced. I also only received one key FOB at date of purchase and had to purchase a second FOB at $400 plus $200 programming fee. After the key was programmed I was also informed Audi would not be repairing the windshield rather they would replace it. So after 3 hours having snacks water and soda, a freshly washed car and a tank filled by Audi I’m overall pleased with today’s outcome. Thanks Paul in service for your help.
