Top notch service with casual atmosphere

Went in for 75k service (a little early) and a couple of things that needed checked. Nice loaner car. Everything done as promised. No real upsell except one thing I needed. Price for new part and installation I needed was very competitive. Price for new struts was not. No problem. Rickey the service guy was great. He had 5 years as a mechanic so really helps with the service advisor role. Easy in and out. My wife's Audi is next and we will be going back.
