onI had an 8am appointment for an oil change and State inspection, for which I was on time. I was waiting in the waiting room. After having waited for several hours, I checked with the service manager working my truck. Come to find out, I was apparently lost in the shuffle. I didn’t get my truck out until 4:30pm! This makes two or three times now that I’ve been “lost in the shuffle”.
