Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram FIAT of Bryan College Station

I had a very disappointing experience with Lithia Ram’s service department. I originally brought my truck in to replace two dead batteries. Upon picking it up, I noticed flickering issues with the dash cluster and steering wheel. When I called to report the problem, I was told this was normal and that the truck needed a few days to fully “charge.” However, after a week, the flickering persisted, and the truck wouldn’t start at all. When I brought the truck back, I was told the problem was caused by a rodent issue damaging the wiring. This was confusing because I had no such issues before bringing my truck to Lithia. I reluctantly paid for the wiring repairs, but upon picking the vehicle up, I noticed the same issues were still occurring. Due to the employee handling my case being unavailable, I had to wait even longer to get the problem addressed. This entire process has been frustrating and expensive, and the quality of service has been unacceptable. I now continue to experience wiring issues despite them supposedly being fixed. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this repair shop and strongly advise others to seek service elsewhere. Rating: 1/5
