Too long for an oil change.

I was told when I brought my pickup in for an oil change that it would be an hour and 45 minutes. It took 2 and a half. I live out of town and had tried to schedule it done, but was told that they do not schedule oil changes. I believe there should be some accommodation made for people who live out of town and have to wait for the service as opposed to the ones that live in town that can drop their vehicle off and come get it later.
