Nice people: Lonnngggg wait!

Love the people at lythia. Always nice and helpful. we were told the wait time on our oil change would be 1 hour and 45 minutes and it’s took almost 2 and a half hours. They should turn the tv up a little in the waiting area or offer big magazines or something.
