onLikes: Shelby was personable. They did (eventually) get my truck running. Dislikes: The website says this phone number for sales this other number for service. Call the service number and what do you get? An automated answering system that asks you if you want to connect to sales or service. Then you wait, and wait, and wait, and wait. No offer for shuttle ride. When you show up to pick up your truck you wait 10 minutes for the employees standing there to finish their conversation before they ask you what you want. Customer service is still in the dark ages at Lithia.
