Made a service appointment to have basic oil change. Called day before and had an appointment. I was told an oil change would be one hour max. I waited over an hour and left because after an hour my vehicle still not ready. I left my phone number to call when it was ready. Three hours later still not ready. Service writer was not truthful and said they called but no message or missed call on my cell phone. Pack a lunch and dinner if you go to this facility to have your car oil changed. A 30 min service oil change will turn into an all day project.
