The service personnel are friendly and full of energy. I guess the reason why is because they aren’t really working all that hard. I took my vehicle in to get an oil change yesterday and the attendant said that I needed an appointment because they want to get the customers in and out as quickly as possible. Before when I took it in for an oil change it took about an hour and a half. Which for an oil change it is a long time but without an appointment I can understand that. But today I had an appointment at 9:30 am. They put my vehicle in the bay at 9:37am pretty good so far. I went to check on it at about 10:45am the oil was just finishing draining. It then took the service guy another 30 minutes to fill my vehicle with oil. At 11:19 am my vehicle was finished. Doesn’t seem to be any quicker with an appointment does it. I know it is “free” but I did already pay for it when I bought the vehicle so technically it isn’t free. When something as simple as an oil change takes almost 2 hours to do there is something wrong. Now I noticed on the paperwork that they promised to have the work done by 5:30 pm. At no time when I turned my vehicle in did anybody tell me it would be done by 5:30pm.
