Broke my jeep

While performing a routine oil change, technicians over-tightened the oil filter cap. Four to five techs including the service manger could not get it off. They ended up having to replace the oil cooler assembly. Now I am concerned about the reliability of that repair since it involves removing many other components. They will never touch my vehicle again. I truly hope they get their service department up to the standards of other dealerships in the area.
