Bought my vehicle from dealership few months ago and service was awesome. Went in for my oil change and service advisor was very short and indifferent on the fact that they were so short staffed and wait was so long and had to come back in a week. Came back to drop other vehicle and turned In this vehicle with Shelby and she was so nice and really seemed to be concerned that we were taken care of. When we came back she remembered who we were right away and grabbed our paperwork. I did have to wait 3 hours from appt time just for an oil change. I understand staffing issues due to covid but those that are working can be nicer and Shelby was only one I. Service department that seemed to care.
