Dealership Service Review
Called the dealership and spoke to a female and asked for a specific service advisor. She took my message and I didn’t get a call back the next 2 days. I called back & spoke to David Hall. I explained to him that I called and left a message and never heard back. He apologized and said let me see when I can get you in here. I told him I was taking vacation the week of August 1 & would like to come that week, he accommodated the request for Wednesday, August 4, 2021. Arrived on appt day and was met by Riz, Tyhrone (he remembered me from previous visits which was very welcoming) and David. David checked me in while, Tyhrone was asking about my vehicle and how it was running and how I was doing. I asked David about the Car Fox reminders I keep getting and if this something Lithia can look into as far as my “scheduled maintenance”; David said those are just reminded, and yes I can see what needs to be done. In a nutshell, he recommended I get spark plugs, oil change and air filter. I opted to not do the air filter because the cost of $40 for the air filter was outrageous. $299.09 later, I’m out the door in 90 minutes. Like a gentleman, David walked me outside to my car and I asked if he could be my service advisor since my other favorite Alejandro is no longer there. Alejandro was top notch with service and care with me and “Jared - 2015 Jeep Patriot”. David said anyone can help you in the service area, i said ok great then I hope you and Tyhrone are available when I come back. I left the dealership and noticed the window sticker was not changed; I rely on the sticker as a reminder for oil changes. I contacted Tyhrone and he said I can bring the vehicle back and they would put a new sticker on the window. I hope Tyhrone and David or both there when I return. Also, Shelby was very friendly and it was great to see a female working the service area. As long as Lithia service team is honest with me about my vehicle, I have no problem coming back. P.S.
