Dealership Service Review
It wax nice that I was able to arrange my service appointment online. This was my first visit back to the dealership since I purchased my 7 series. The work consisted of the oil change and 1 year maintenance along with a couple of recall fixes. The oil change was very quick but the software updates to the car took several hours. I elected to wait at the dealership for the work to be performed. Robbin came and told me that the recall work would take some time so she gave me a loaner to drive around town, get lunch and run my errands. They washed my car before returning it to me and sending me on my way. The waiting facilities were adequate and there was a nice selection of complementary coffee, drinks and snacks. Robbin was a very helpful service advisor.
